Our name comes from our different backgrounds that we’ve joined together to form Burgess Fire & Flour. “Fire” because Cody can bake your bread, bagels (whatever your heart desires) over an open flame on his big green egg grill for a Smokey flavor! He brings a wealth of knowledge for deep bold flavor combinations & cooking techniques. The “Flour” is for myself and Lexi because we make the sourdough & other baked goods!
